Dandelion Tea: A Tip From Carol
Erica White, in her book Beat Fatigue Handbook, talks about Dandelion tea and how it stimulates the production of bile which carries toxins out of the liver. She makes a comment about not buying the coffee because you may not know whats in it so to buy the tea itself in packets.
Dandelion Tea either roasted or not. Use a coffee maker if you have one. Grind up the tea and place in the coffee maker the way you would coffee. I am not sure how much to use but I would probably use 1 tea bag for 1 cup of "coffee" along with that 4-6 oz of water to perk it. I will try it this weekend and give results.
Also you can place the loose tea in a pan and place say 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil then simmer for about 5 minutes or longer. Strain it and use it when you want it. You heat it back up.
Hope you enjoy this!
