Air Filters

Humid weather and hot temperatures force many of us to have our windows closed during the summer, leaving us with stale air. Add to that crazy seasonal allergies and smog alerts, and it can be devastating on the ol' respitory system.

I'm trying out an air filter. Some people swear by them. So far I've found that the most my air filter has done is provide me with 'white noise'; another hum in the house to aid me off to dreamland.

In small spaces, I could see this being effective. But in a large room with high ceilings leading to a loft space, I am not sure the poor little machine will be able to do its job. It will help to circulate the air, and treat the air that it's circulating.

Something to think about if you are also having trouble breathing this summer. Shame the darn filters are so bloody expensive!
